Friendly Fire is and achievement that can be gained
in Chapter 10: Part 2. Walker will find Agent Riggs trapped under one of the burning trucks. After a cutscene he will give you his .44 Magnum and beg Walker to use it to kill him before he burns to death. To get this achievement you must kill Riggs by shooting him with the .44's only bullet.
