The Machined kit is a Head Kit available in Spec Ops: The Line's multiplayer.

The kit consists of a black ballistic mask and a green combat helmet. A leather helmet band is attached to the helmet, with four shotgun shells attached to the right side of the helmet band in a small shell holder.
It is available to The Exiles' Breacher class at Level One if the player has the FUBAR Pack.
