Pineda is a member of the 33rd Infantry Battalion the appears in Spec Ops: The Line.
Background[]
Prior to Delta Squad's insertion into Dubai, Pineda acted as a guard at the Aquatic Colosseum. When Delta participates in Jeff Riggs' attack on the facility, he was tasked with guarding the fourth mezzanine, acting as overwatch for the truck depot.
Delta utilized a backdoor, which led to a nearby parking garage, to enter unseen, and take Pineda, and the rest of the 33rd soldiers by surprise, managing to steal the trucks in the process.
He is either killed by Captain Walker, or another member of Delta Squad.

33rd dispatch: "Pineda, you read?"
Him: "Yes sir."
Dispatch: "We got insurgents gathering out front. Stay back and keep watch while we deal with 'em."
Him: "Roger that."
Lugo (quietly): "They don't know we're here."
