Agent Thomas Daniels is a CIA operative and minor character in Spec Ops: The Line.
Biography[]
Not much known about Daniels past but he was part of Grey Fox which was sent into Dubai to investigate survivors.[1] His movements are unknown except that he was supposed to leave Dubai in order to report Dubai status.[2] However, it is likely that he was captured while leaving Dubai.
After his capture, he was tortured by The Interrogator for more information on Grey Fox and its mission. He died from the torture and burned with white phosphorus. His corpse and the torture recordings were used to attract any CIA agents, especially Agent Gould.
The torture broadcast is overheard by Delta Team and they proceed to head deeper into Dubai to get in contact with CIA team in order to known Konrad's status. His corpse is later discovered by Delta Team and the microphone is removed from his phone.
Trivia[]
- Despite being an agent, his interrogator refers to Daniels as a "Lieutenant", suggesting he was once in the US Forces.
